Assembly and setup

We offer a complete RC helicopter service, including full mechanical assembly, personalized setup, test flight and pilot instruction. Each helicopter is built with precision and adjusted to your flying level — beginner, sport or 3D — to ensure safety, reliability and optimal performance.

All assemblies are carried out only with equipment purchased from Hubtech-RC in order to guarantee compatibility, quality and proper after-sales support.

Our service includes:

  • full mechanical assembly

  • complete radio and FBL controller setup

  • maiden / test flight and final tuning

  • detailed explanations of the setup and radio functions

  • video of the first flight and explanations (on request in Belgium; included for European shipping)

  • tuning adapted to the pilot’s level

  • professional cable management with braided sleeves

  • small consumables included (double-sided tape, zip-ties, etc.)

Thanks to our team of experienced technicians, we are able to offer very short assembly lead times while maintaining high quality standards.

We assemble and set up all brands and all models from size 250 up to size 800.

  • Assembly + setup + test flight + explanation – size 500 : €170

Customers outside Belgium (Europe)

We also provide this service to customers throughout Europe.
When you purchase your helicopter and equipment from Hubtech-RC, we can complete the assembly, setup, test flight and explanations before shipping your order. You will also receive a video of the maiden flight and a walkthrough of the settings.

Because handover cannot be done in person, radio programming assistance is provided remotely:

  • if your transmitter allows it, we send you the radio programming file by email, or

  • we schedule an online video call to help you bind your radio to the helicopter that has already been fully configured.

👉 For customers outside Belgium, an additional €50 fee applies to cover the extra handling, video recording and remote assistance.
