WARRANTY & RETURNS

1. Legal warranty (European Union)
In accordance with EU consumer law, all products sold to consumers are covered by a legal warranty of conformity of 2 years.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and non-conformity that existed at the time of delivery.

The legal warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Crash damage

• Improper installation

• Incorrect setup

• Misuse or negligence

• LiPo battery misuse

• Water damage

• Over-voltage or over-discharge

RC helicopters and electronic components are highly sensitive products. Any damage caused by use, flying, charging or programming is not considered a defect.

2. Manufacturer warranty
Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty.
This warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer and subject to their terms.

3. LiPo batteries
LiPo batteries are consumable and high-risk products.
They are not covered by warranty once used, charged, installed or damaged in any way.

4. Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened products only.
Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

Batteries, electronics and opened items cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective.

5. Defective products
If a product is defective on arrival, you must contact us within 48 hours with photos and description.
We will repair, replace or refund the product according to the law.

6. Safety reminder
RC helicopters and LiPo batteries are not toys and involve inherent risks.
By using these products, the user accepts full responsibility.
